The result depends entirely on what you want. Dr. Koray is experienced in both natural and balanced results as well as more refined and sculpted appearances. In every case, the surgical plan is built around your facial structure, your original nasal anatomy, and your skin thickness. No two noses are the same, and no two plans should be either.
Yes — and this is where Dr. Koray's ENT background makes a genuine difference. Issues such as a deviated septum, nasal valve collapse, or chronic congestion can often be corrected within the same procedure as cosmetic reshaping. One surgery, one recovery, two results.
Rhinoplasty is performed under general anaesthesia. Afterwards, patients most commonly describe pressure and congestion rather than sharp pain. Standard pain relief is typically sufficient for the first few days, and most patients are moving comfortably around Istanbul by the end of the first week.
Visible swelling settles within the first three months, after which the nose takes on its general shape but swelling is still present. The complete result — including finer details — takes around twelve months to emerge fully as healing continues.
Revision rhinoplasty is one of the most technically complex procedures in facial surgery and a significant part of Dr. Koray's practice. Scar tissue from a previous operation alters the anatomy, and cartilage may need to be rebuilt using grafts. A thorough assessment — with at least twelve months since the previous procedure — is the essential first step.

The same procedure in the UK or Germany typically costs three to four times more — not because standards are lower, but because operating costs are fundamentally different.
